Everyone gets angry. Yes, everyone. Even the sweet little old lady you saw at church last week. And yes, everyone gets a little sad BUT YOU CANNOT LET A STUPID EMOTION LIKE THAT HARSH YOUR VIBE! 🤗💕
First, think about it. Does. It. Really. Matter.?? GURRRRL (or boi) It probably doesn't even matter that much or won't matter in a couple of hours or days.
Breathe. You've done it every day since you were born. It's probably one of the easiest things you can do. You're literally doing it right now. LOL
When in doubt exercise it out. It's probably the best way to beat anger (in my opinion). If you're angry you can run it out. Run until you physically have no energy to run and be angry anymore. Then, call your mom to pick you up when you're done or just run home if you still have enough energy.
•This also applies to other activities like; Hiking, Skiing, Swiming, Biking, Weight Lifting, Squating, Yogaing (is that a word?) and so many more wonderful things!!!!
Bake it baby! Make 24 cookies and only have enough dough to bake 10 after eating so much!! *Feel free to use my previous recipes for this step*;-)
Lastly, drink water! Water is known for many great things. It is great for flushing out toxins, preventing dehydration & it helps with digestion, circulation & the maintenance of body temperature. Water is wonderful. If you're angry or sad you are probably not thinking about drinking an ice cold glass of water and are risking dehydration. Also, when you are enraged you often break out with acne. Water can help your skin go back to its normal beautiful self.
Just remember that you are loved and cared for so you shouldn't be feeling sad or angry all the time. Hopefully this has helped!
Sincerely,
Gracie Beth 💙
