Gracie's Quinoa Cookies GF 🌾

The secret to these cookies is that if you tell everyone that they are gross, you canĀ eat them all with little to no shame.Ā ;)Ā 

Ingredients: * 2 1/4 Cups finely ground Quinoa * 1/2 Cup finely ground almonds * 1 tsp. Baking Soda * 1 tsp. Salt * 3/4 Cup sugar * 3/4 Cup brown sugar * 1 Cup (2 sticks) Butter, soft not melted * 1 tsp. Pure Vanilla * 2 eggsĀ 

Optional: (but highly recommendedšŸ˜‚) * 1 bag (12 oz) chocolate chips * 1 Cup Sunflower seeds * 1/2 Cup Raisins

Directions:

Oven: 350° Bake: 8-10 min. -nonstick baking pan recommended -grease pan with coconut or olive oil (healthier) ENJOY! šŸ˜…šŸ¤—Ā 

To be quite honest with you... these cookies are just odd. They aren't bad persay, just not as good as a regular cookie. šŸ˜…šŸ˜¬ Good Luck šŸ€Ā 

Also, if you do find yourself not enjoying these cookies too well... they make a really good granola on top of Yogurt or just with milk like cereal!!Ā
